Sounds like it going to be another fun bad one. Barr is desperate to try and get the stench of Trump off him and try to rewrite history where's not the most corrupt attorney general since John Mitchell. And the only way he can do that is take a giant shit on Trump.

Bill Barr's memoir is coming out soon – and his title is raising some eyebrows

William Barr, who served as U.S. Attorney General under former President Donald Trump, has a memoir due to hit book stores this coming March. According to Barr's publishers, the book aims to be a “vivid and forthright” look into his time serving two “drastically different” presidents, Donald Trump and George H.W. Bush.

"Barr takes readers behind the scenes during seminal moments of the Bush administration in the 1990s, from the LA riots to Pan Am 103 and Iran Contra," William Morrow, an imprint of HarperCollins Publishers, announced Tuesday. “With the Trump administration, Barr faced an unrelenting barrage of issues, such as Russiagate, the opioid epidemic, Chinese espionage, big tech, the COVID outbreak, civil unrest, the first impeachment, and the 2020 election fallout.”

According to ABC News, the title of the book, "One Damn Thing After Another," refers to an expression "Barr had heard about the nature of the job of attorney general." But others are finding the title to be an unintentional ironic take on Barr's tenure.

On this, Bill Barr and I completely agree. I also would title a book about his tenure at the Justice Department "One Damn Thing After Another." But with a slightly different subhed: "And Each More Gobsmackingly Corrupt Than The Last."

Mostly this one has been a bad one for Bannon cutting Trump's throat and stabbing him in the back but its also good for showing how treasonous conservative/Republican operatives do not give a fuck for the truth, right or wrong, or reality. The only thing that matters is how you can spin it.

New book reveals how Kellyanne Conway was able to shift Trump's past to work for a right-wing evangelical audience

The new book by New York Times reporter Jeremy Peters goes all the way back to the early days of President Donald Trump's foray into politics and how he was able to capture a Republican Party divided by their 2012 election failure.

Insurgency talks about how 2012 impacted Kellyanne Conway's way of spinning issues and the way that she was able to move Trump's history in the Democratic Party to appeal to the far-right base of the GOP.

"Compounding his difficulties with the religious right, Trump didn’t know how to speak their language," the book said. "When he addressed more socially conservative audiences, aides often took extra care reminding him to be on his best behavior. 'No cursing…. The local press will not cover cursing favorably.'"

When it comes to Trump's stance on abortion, Conway was able to help him shift the conversation to make it seem empathetic, a tactic she uses with her male candidates.

"As a way of making their opposition to abortion sound less judgmental and uncompassionate, Conway counseled them to talk about a personal experience—for instance, seeing the ultrasound of their unborn child for the first time. For years, Trump had been telling the story of 'a friend' whose wife he said had become unexpectedly pregnant. The couple was leaning toward an abortion but then changed their minds and ended up with a beautiful, talented child, Trump would say."

The problem, the book said, is that everyone assumed that Trump was talking about himself and one of his three marriages. There was then the matter of Trump's sister, a judge, he said he would appoint to the Supreme Court. She too is pro-choice.

After the post-mortem of the 2012 loss, Republicans said that they needed to be more moderate, but conservative Christians wanted the GOP to take a turn to the right. So, that's the route he took.

Peters' book Insurgency is on sale now.

It is simply standard operating procedure for treasonous conservative/Republicans to lie like little children with an imaginary friend.

And you are another one where all I have to do is copy part of your post into my search bar and add "+false" and expose your lie in about 30 seconds.

NYT's Maggie Haberman reports Trump flushed printouts down White House toilet in 'book he fears most'

Donald Trump's staffers found printouts clogging a White House toilet and believed the former president had flushed the paper, according to a new book by an insider reporter.

Maggie Haberman, a New York Times reporter with close ties to the former president and his family, revealed the odd document disposal scheme in her forthcoming book, "Confidence Man," reported Axios.

"This is the book Trump fears most," reported Axios co-founder Mike Allen. "Among Trump aides, Haberman's book has been the most discussed of the bookshelf of books from reporters who covered Trump's campaigns and White House. Several advisers were unhappy about his decision to talk to her as part of his marathon conversations with book authors at Mar-a-Lago. But they concluded he couldn’t help himself and couldn't be stopped."

Trump has a long history in his business life of ripping up documents, but that poses a potential legal problem because presidential records must be preserved and turned over to the National Archives, which has reportedly asked the Biden Justice Department to lookin into his handling of White House records.

READ: Jimmy Kimmel mocks Eric Trump for going on Fox News: 'The closest he can get to a Zoom with his dad'

National Archives officials suspected Trump had possibly violated laws regarding the handling of government documents, and 15 boxes of presidential records were retrieved from Mar-A-Lago after a court ordered them turned over to congressional investigators who had subpoenaed them.

"While in office, the former president blithely flouted the Presidential Records Act, which required him to preserve written communications concerning his official duties," Allen reported. "Trump routinely tore up documents and after leaving office brought substantial written materials back to Mar-a-Lago. A Trump spokesman didn't respond to a request for comment about the plumbing matter."

I am betting Trump and his sycophants have very good reasons to fear Haberman's book. One because she covered Trump in New York for more than a decade before Trump was president. And then for all four years of his presidency she got the nickname MAGA Haberman on the left because of her softball interviews and reporting on Trump. Where she gained his trust. Then Trump's sycophants begged Trump not to sit for interviews with her because they feared Haberman was going to use that trust to sandbag him And they are probably right because Haberman wants to redeem herself for the four years of softballs.

Trump is 'terrified' and 'mortified' already of Maggie Haberman's upcoming book: ex-White House staffer

Former communications aide Alyssa Farah revealed on "The View" Thursday that former President Donald Trump is terrified about New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman and her forthcoming book about his years in office.

Haberman, who spent four years being a kind of "Trump whisperer," has actually followed Trump for much longer. Publishers will release the book on Oct. 4, 2022, just before the mid-term elections.

Farah has spent the week on "The View" as a conservative voice, but she has delivered tons of commentary on the state of the Republican Party as it moves to censure party members for their participation in the Jan. 6 investigation.

But it's the tidbits in the book that the panel was the most interested to discuss.

READ: Liz Cheney fires off a warning to Trump and his allies in scathing Wall Street Journal column

"I still talk to some folks in Trumpworld, the ones who have not engaged in criminality," Farah told the co-hosts. "The former president is terrified of Maggie Haberman's book. This is the first big anecdote, but there is quite a bit more to come."

"She's covered him for decades. He's scared of that," Farah added. "He is mortified."

Behar asked if Trump wasn't afraid of Bob Woodward's book Peril, which revealed recordings of Trump, showing that he knew about how dangerous COVID-19 was, but was lying to Americans that it was just "the flu."

Because she was covering New York City issues, Haberman would have frequent run-ins with Trump over development issues.

Haberman broke the news Thursday that Trump flushed documents down the toilet, causing a plumbing problem.

"What's interesting to me is I'm, like, what would be on those documents that you would be, like, this has to go down the toilet?" asked Farah. "That's the question I think we're all dying to know the answer to, but let me say this. I have to say as a Republican, I hold a top-secret security clearance. I know how to handle classified information. It was wrong when Hillary Clinton destroyed classified federal documents and it's absolutely wrong when Donald Trump does. I'm just shocked he went a step further, not just bleaching it, but sticking it down the toilet which is something else."

'Who would know that?': Trump flips out over toilet documents report during Fox interview

During a call-in interview with the hosts of Fox & Friends on Saturday morning, former president Donald Trump lashed out at New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman over revelations in her upcoming book that he was known for tearing up documents and flushing them down the toilet.

Late in the interview, which ran over 20 minutes, Trump was asked by host Will Cain, "The big takeaway is that you have ripped up papers and flushed them down the toilet. What's your reaction on what you’re hearing on other mainstream media channels in this book by Maggie Haberman?"

Trump fired right back, "Yeah it’s fake news and she’s a fake writer. She got a Pulitzer Prize for Russia, Russia, Russia, and then they found out it was a hoax. And so did others. Frankly, the ones that get Pulitzer Prizes, they happen to work around you and around [Fox host] Pete [Hegseth]. "

Adding the report is a "disgrace", the former president ranted, "She made it up. I don’t believe they have sources. Who is going to be a source for that anyway? Who would know that? There's no source. They make it up. You know, they oftentimes, these fake writers like her, they act like they know me, like she knows me. I haven’t spoken to her in a very long time. She knows me no better than any other writer."

He added, "I'll tell you, this country we have to get honest reporting. Because if we don’t get honest reporting. It’s really leading us down a bad path. And it’s really leading us down a path of anger."

    One of two possibilities
    1) trump really is that squeaky clean, in which case despicables have done a huge disservice to America.
    2) the despicables are so incompetent that a pompous gas bag has run circles around them for 6 years and avoided ANY criminal charge. In which case they should take their pensions and slink away. Quietly.

I'll take 1) trump really is that squeaky clean, in which case despicables have done a huge disservice to America for $1000 Alex.

As we have seen the illegal wire taps have produced nothing...the illicit numerous Congressional investigation have produced nothing, the activist media have perpetrated a nuance that has backfired on them 10 fold.

The D.C. establishment swamp urchins are scared to death of the man..one single man, scared shitless, the activist media has turned on the American people to create an image that Trump is the devil and is not for the people, he's out for himself, the radical element of the political elite has totally turned this Nation upside down due to one man...one man I tell you...Trump.

Like I have said before, the Revolutionary War was just the beginning, the fight to maintain this Constitutional Republic will last, until we loose it, it will be a constant war against those that think the people can not rule/govern themselves.

The president who served fast food to the college national football champions worried that supermodel Gisele Bündchen was ruining superstar quarterback Tom Brady with good cooking.

Trump's views on the subject were revealed in the forthcoming book This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future by New York Times reporters Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns, according to an excerpt obtained by Yahoo! Sports columnist Charles Robinson.

The book reported, "the football star, Trump said, had not been the same after marrying Gisele Bündchen, who insisted on cooking him a painstakingly health-conscious diet."

Actress Robin Givens was only married to boxer Mike Tyson for one year and one week, but during that time the undisputed world heavyweight champion worried his wife was having an affair with Donald Trump, at least in Trump's telling.

The revelation came in the forthcoming book by This Will Not Pass: Trump, Biden, and the Battle for America’s Future by Jonathan Martin and Alexander Burns of The New York Times.

Furious Trump had to be talked down after desk-pounding meltdown on Bill Barr over the election: new book

According to a report from the Wall Street Journal, former president Donald Trump had to be calmed down by White House lawyers after he angrily pounded his desk and told former Attorney General Bill Barr to "Go home" and never come back during an explosive meeting in the Oval Office.

As related in Barr's new book, "One Damn Thing After Another,” the former attorney general was summoned to the White House on Dec 1, 2020 when he wouldn't back the former president's claim the election had been stolen from him.

After Trump yelled, "This is killing me—killing me. This is pulling the rug right out from under me," Barr claims he told the former president he had “sacrificed a lot personally to come in to help you when I thought you were being wronged," but that there was no evidence of election fraud.

RELATED: 'He's lost his grip': Bill Barr urges Republicans to dump Trump

According to the Journal, "Mr. Trump then launched into a list of other grievances he had with his attorney general: that the federal prosecutor Mr. Barr ordered to review the origins of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Russia probe that preceded the Mueller report hadn’t released his findings before the 2020 election, and that Mr. Barr declined to prosecute former FBI Director James Comey after a department watchdog rebuked him for sharing memos that contained sensitive information about his interactions with Mr. Trump, a complaint brought up repeatedly by the president."

After Barr offered his resignation instead, the former AG claims the former president flew off the handle, started pounding the desk while yelling at him, “Accepted! Leave and don’t go back to your office. You are done right now. Go home!"

The report adds that White House lawyers were forced to calm Trump down and Barr remained, only to resign weeks later.

It amazes me that the people around Trump that gladly turned traitors against the United States of America and everything it has ever stood for to aid and abet Traitor Trump think all they have to do is write a book critical of Trump now and all will be forgotten and forgiven. No. You turned fucking traitors and helped Trump turn the US into a shit hoke country. You came within a hair's breadth of installing Trump as dictator for life. You do not get to be forgiven for that.

The only one who covered up, lied and bullied more than Trump is Bill Barr: Charlie Sykes

    Sarah K. Burris
    March 01, 2022

New ruling involving Bill Barr proved that he also lied under oath to Congress

In his Monday morning newsletter, Bulwark's Charlie Sykes hit back at the recently released excerpts of Bill Barr's forthcoming book about his time in Donald Trump's administration.

Like John Bolton before him, Barr is working to rewrite history as his old boss eyes a second term in 2024. Sykes made it clear he's withholding "full-metal judgment" until the full book is released on March 8, but already there are questions about some of Barr's claims in the excerpts.

The New York Times report quotes Barr saying Trump's "self-indulgence and lack of self-control" led to the 2020 election loss. After spending years enabling Trump, Barr has suddenly found that perhaps enabling such bad behavior might not be good for the country. For all of his experience and expertise, Barr discovering that Trump is an "incorrigible narcissist" was a conclusion that over 81.2 million Americans appeared to reach months earlier.

Charlie Pierce wrote in Esquire that the Barr book might be "the worst" of the "oh-my-god-how-did-this-happen" books from the Trump administration yet.

READ: Russia humiliated as diplomats walk out of UN speech trying to rationalize Putin's Ukraine invasion: report

"It was Barr who defanged the Mueller report in the public mind with a preemptive, mendacious press conference," Pierce recalled. "This, of course, was in keeping with the way he’d helped short-circuit the investigation into an earlier scandal, one that enmeshed not one, but two Republican presidents. Of course, that itself was in keeping with the stultifying, infantilizing dynamic that set in when President Gerald Ford pardoned king crook Richard Nixon in order for the country to 'heal' from Nixon’s crimes. Even if there were no corrupt bargain behind that pardon, the stated reason was an insult to democratic government, which is (or ought to be) a lot sturdier than Ford gave it credit for being."

For now, Sykes is pausing for the Barr book, grateful that despite coming frightfully late to the party, Barr showed up at all.

    "Shithole".
You've been calling America a "shithole" country now for a couple of years.
Are you now changing and calling America a "shit hoke country" ?
Or have you been smoking again.
Either way, what the fuck is a "shithoke"?
    Asking for a friend.
